GoSonja: From New Mom To Ironman To Worlds Toughest Race

Sonja Wieck served as team captain for Team Iron Cowboy when they competed in EcoChallenge-Fiji 2019 and is currently featured in the Amazon Prime Video series “Worlds Toughest Race: EcoChallenge-Fiji”. She talks about going from new mother, to top Ironman triathlete, to first-time adventure racer at the biggest race in the world with a dark period of mental breakdowns and panic attacks mixed in. Sonja also has started a podcast called “Tales of Toughness” where she interviews other EcoChallenge contestants. Also on the show Jeff gives a quick breakdown of both the Democrat and the Republican national conventions. Finally, Jeff pleads for fact based honesty and a more open minded approach to the discussion of racial tensions facing our nation.
